  • Choose a package of your choice listed on our Packages page, fill out the enquiry form with all required details and we will get back to you with a quote as soon as we can.

    After you complete our enquiry form, we will send you a quote for services requested on our customer portal. If you wish to proceed with your booking, you must approve the quote on our customer portal.

    *Your booking is only confirmed once our service hire agreement is signed and deposit is paid*

  • Following your approval of quoted services, we will send you an email with a service hire agreement for you to sign, and a personal payment link where you will need to secure your booking with a 50% deposit.

    Following your completion of the above steps, we will email you confirming your booking.

  • Bookings are accepted based on our availability for your desired date. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure we can accommodate your event. If you have a specific date in mind, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to check our availability for you.

  • We will need to have the following in place for all bookings:

    • SPACE - Please ensure we are placed in a ventilated area, ideally with a wall behind so we can keep hot equipment away from guests. Our unit is approximately 2 meters in length.

    • ELECTRICITY - Access to nearby plug sockets - we will provide the right extensions.

    • PARKING / LOADING BAY ACCESS - Please arrange a loading bay permit and sufficient parking that is close to or at the venue in advance, especially for venues in busy locations where offloading may be difficult.

  • Please fill out our enquiry form, and we will be more than happy to assist you in selecting the most complementary flavours that perfectly suit your preferences and event!

  • Yes, our equipment can be set up outdoors, weather permitting.

    However, we recommend that you have a backup indoor option in case of heavy rain, as our equipment is not suitable for wet conditions.

Booking

    • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

    • The remaining balance is due 28 day before the event date.

    • All payments are made directly through our customer portal.

  • A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total booking cost is required to secure your booking.

  • A travel fee will apply for all bookings.

    Upon inquiry, we can provide you with a quote for your specific travel requirements.

    *We are based in Co.Louth. Travel fee will be calculated based on distance to your venue*

  • You are free to pay in instalments following payment your 50% deposit.

  • Yes, we hold Public Liability Insurance to protect you and our business.

    Please reach out to receive a copy of our Public Liability Insurance certficate.

  • Yes, our staff hold Level 2 Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness Certificates, ensuring that all food handling is carried out to the highest standards.

  • Safety is our top priority. We ensure that all our equipment is regularly maintained and our staff is fully trained in safe operation.

    We ask that all children are supervised around our equipment and that we are allotted ample space for set-up.
