CANCELLATIONS BY THE SUGAR BAR

In the rare and unfortunate event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, we will promptly notify you. To make up for the inconvenience, we will offer you two options:

  1. Receive a full refund

  2. Reschedule your booking to a new date that suits you best

CANCELLATIONS BY CUSTOMER

If you find yourself needing to cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you provide at least 28 days' notice. This advance notice allows us to manage our schedule and make necessary adjustments. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 28 days before the event date, please be aware that it will result in the loss of your booking deposit.

Please note that only the individual named on the booking can request a cancellation or rescheduling. This measure ensures that all changes are authorised and properly managed.
